DELIVERY

Delivery will be arranged automatically when you choose 'shipping' as collection method. There will be only car option as transportation mode to ensure safety of our products.

Delivery is only available via third party Lalamove. Thus delivery charges is following Lalamove's rate and distance is within the allowed radius by Lalamove.

Terms & Condition

  • Delivery request has to be made upon ordering your bakes by choosing delivery and fill in your delivery details.
  • Delivery charges is applied based on Lalamove's rate and your delivery distance.
  • For multi-level buildings, customers are required to collect product at lobby or main entrance. If unable, additional charges such as parking fee and door-to-door service may be applied by your respective driver.
  • For any circumstances that customers are unable to receive the products (nobody to receive order, receivers cannot be contacted, etc.), products will be returned to us and customers will need to pay for the next delivery if still opt for delivery.
  • Lalamove's driver will have to check the condition of the product first upon collection and sign a form of confirmation.
  • Once driver collected the product and left our premises, we will not held responsible for any damages caused during transportation process (though we usually advise driver on how to handle the products properly)


COLLECTION

Although delivery is convenient, we highly suggest that you opt for self collection for hustle-free experience. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect or ensure your driver has your name and order number.

All our products come in boxes suitable for transport but some items (such as pavlova) are fragile and whole cakes can be quite heavy. We recommend bringing a friend to help especially if you're purchasing more than one item.


Terms & Condition

  • Collection must be done on the agreed time
  • Failure to collect on the agreed time will need you to reschedule the next day (within 24 hours) only to ensure freshness of products.
  • If failed to be collected or rescheduled on the agreed time and even on the next day, purchase will be considered cancelled and refund won't be possible for the cost of production that we endure.
  • We will not be responsible on the freshness of product that failed to be collected on time.
  • Customers are required to double check the order upon collection (especially if someone else is collecting for you) and check the product's condition as well.
  • If you have any concerns on the products, please state upon collection and we will see if there is something we can do with your request.
  • Once product is collected and once customers left our premises, we will not held responsible for any damages.
