Scrumptious Sugar Enterprise will accept return of products within 24 hours from the time product is collected for any dissatisfaction, complaints or any other personal reason. Any return product must be in its original condition (untouched and unused). Product returned must also come with its original packaging and attached invoice.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Full refund is only possible if the product is still in its original condition. If refund is approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a period of 7-14 days to process the refund. However, delivery charges is non-refundable.

For any return that is caused via delivery, we will not be responsible for any damage of products caused during transportation once product is collected (Read more on Delivery & Collections). If customers decide to return the item via delivery service, customers are required to pay for their own delivery charge.
