All our desserts are baked to order to ensure freshness and quality of product that we always strive for. This is why we are offering a pre-order basis only where order is placed and payment is made a few days in advance before collection. Because of this too, payment is needed to confirm your order. Until payment is received, your order is not guaranteed. Scrumptious Sugar has the right to cancel any order with pending payment.

Because all our desserts are baked to order thus any return or reschedule must be done within 24 hours from product's collection time. Any dissatisfaction with the condition or quality of products must be issued within 24 hours via email or Whatsapp or you can also directly go to our physical store. Scrumptious Sugar will not accept liability for any complaints/return/collection reschedule/order replacement request made after 24 hours from product's collection time. Delivery is made via third party Lalamove and not directly from us. Thus, we do not accept any liability for any mishandling once a delivery has been made and the product signed for. Although, drivers are instructed in the correct handling of the cakes, we cannot accept liability for the subsequent handling of your order. If you decide to arrange your own courier collection we would advise always choose a car as mode of transportation, rather than a motorbike. Once cakes have left our premises we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs on transit. Any issues should be handled directly with the courier company you have chosen to use. Scrumptious Sugar reserves the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website and other social medias. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, please let us know at the time of ordering.

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders that are 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 2-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund.

Any of our desserts at Scrumptious Sugar is not certified as gluten-free or dairy-free desserts yet. Those with concerns on certain allergies and intolerance may contact us directly via Whatsapp or visit our physical store to know more about the ingredients of your selected dessert. Our representative will advise you. Please consult your doctor too for your health and safety.

We recommend to enjoy our bakes and desserts within 3 days from collection/delivery. Although most of our bakes can last up to 1 week if keep refrigerated at all times, freshness is not guaranteed and you may not get the best flavors out of it.
